Pricing / Plans

Start free. Scale when it earns it.

Plans meter customer scores — the production scoring calls your own backend makes. Developer tests in the portal are always zero billable.

Start on the free plan. Create a project, run a consented test, and score real traffic when you are ready. Team seats merge into one workspace, and Business plans are set up with you directly.

What counts as a customer score?

One scoring call your server makes to POST /api/trace/score with your secret key, for real visitor traffic. Developer tests in the portal's opted-in test area are recorded separately and are never billable. Requests refused by a quota are not charged.

What about traffic you never score?

Nothing is metered unless you call the API. There is no per-visitor or per-page pricing, no cookie-based counting, and no cross-site identifiers.

Fair-use boundaries

Quotas exist so a shared service stays reliable: Free pauses new scores at the cap, Pro and Business keep scoring but pause enforcement and flag the workspace instead of dropping your traffic. Abuse (circumventing quotas, probing the service, or scoring sites you do not own) can end a workspace's access.

See the integration overview for how metering fits the API, and the release status for current availability.
