Terms
Terms for the site and the service.
Volance is provided by Oops Games LLC. These terms cover the website, the portal, and the API.
Scope
These terms cover the Volance website and the Volance service (portal, API, and collector) provided by Oops Games LLC. Service-specific terms — accounts, keys, plans, data, and acceptable use — are set out in the portal and apply when you use the service.
Examples and documentation
Sample scores, classifications, and API responses on this website are illustrative: they do not measure your visit. The documentation describes the API as it behaves today; details may evolve, and changes are reflected here and on the status page.
Plans and billing
Plans and quotas are described on the pricing page. Card checkout is not connected yet: upgrades are requested from the portal and applied by our team, and nothing is charged without your confirmation. Developer tests are never billable.
